WARREN CHARLES packs and posts from Dunedin, New Zealand. Orders are picked, checked and bagged by hand before they are handed to the courier.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually packed the same day; orders placed later, at a weekend or on a public holiday are packed on the next business day. You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking number when the label is created.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from dispatch. That estimate covers the courier network and rural delivery, and it is not a guaranteed date. If your parcel has not arrived within that window, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the courier.

Shipping cost

Shipping is estimated by distance at checkout, based on the delivery address and the weight of the parcel, and the figure is shown before you confirm payment. There is no minimum order value and no free-shipping threshold: the amount you see at checkout is the amount charged.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the courier has marked the parcel as delivered and it is not with you, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will start a trace and keep you updated until it is closed.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, opened or crushed, photograph the packaging and the garment and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return postage.
